I just got a letter from DPS saying that “a citizen reported me littering on the highway” and they gave me a trash bag and told me to please refrain from doing so again.

Yeah i’ll show it to you, it’s hilarious..they said the passenger was littering in my car & that this was my warning…they gave me a “Keep Texas Clean” plastic bag/trash bag…lol
